TBX scales transaction banking and AI innovation with AWS | Amazon Web Services

TBX, formerly known as TransBnk, provides transaction banking services to BFSI clients, including NBFCs, banks, corporates, and other FinTechs.

In this video, Clinton Goveas, Director of Technology at TBX, shares how the company uses AWS to support complex, high-volume transaction banking services while simplifying infrastructure operations. Working with AWS since 2022 has helped TBX reduce the burden of running infrastructure, allowing its technology team to focus more on product priorities. TBX is also adding AI capabilities to its existing products to generate customer insights and support client activities.

As the company invests further in customer-facing and internal AI, AWS supports its continued growth across regions worldwide.
