This demo showcases how AWS combines IoT, edge AI, generative AI and agentic orchestration to transform how equipment manufacturers monitor, diagnose, and service their products and customers. It’s designed to inspire what’s possible with today’s technologies and help machine builders tackle their biggest challenges: closing workforce and skills gaps, scaling service operations while minimizing unplanned downtime and reducing mean-time-to-repair.

What you’ll see: An AI agent detects anomalies across a fleet, correlates telemetry against equipment manuals, diagnoses root causes, creates a service ticket, and initiates a voice call to the field operator — closed-loop resolution in minutes. Computer vision + VLMs on NVIDIA Jetson Orin detect safety hazards in sub-second at the edge. Safety rules are defined in natural language. Operators interact through natural voice for real-time troubleshooting guidance, with the AI agent retaining full awareness of live telemetry.
